Easy Cookie Recipie

I think cookies are super easy to make and are perfect if you are hosting an event or, if you are having friends over

So first weight out your ingredients
125g Butter
100g brown sugar
125g caster sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp vanilla essence
225g self raising flour

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C, gas mark 4
2. Cream butter and sugar i
3. Mix in the flour and chocolate chips
4. Roll out and use cutters if you like place on a grease proof paper tin 
5. Bake in a hot oven for 20 mins
