I have been loving smoothies lately as they are perfect as a snack or as a drink on the go. Here are 3 of my favourite smoothies
1. Strawberry and Banana
Blend 2 bananas , 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt and milk, a pinch of cinamon and 1 cup of ice. This smoothie is super simple and easy and needs very little time. It is also really healthy and tastes AMAZING!!!!
2.Triple berry blend
For this smoothie you will need
1 1/2 cups of mixed blackberries strawberries and raspberries
1 cup of milk
This smoothie is the easiest of three and requires very little ingredients or time .
3.Peach Mango and Banana
For this smoothie you will need
1 cup each chopped fresh or frozen peaches and mango, 1 cup each plain yogurt and ice, 1/2 banana, and sugar to taste.This smoothie has a really sweet taste.I love this smoothie as it is really quick and easy to make.
Finally i decided to show you one of my favourite smoothie makers its the Blend Active blender this blends your smoothie into a bottle. It is not very expensive and it is quick and easy to make smoothies and there is no mess!
